CGM is a non-political, non-profit organisation committed to the development of rural India. Christ Gospel Ministry began in 2008 in a remote village in Khammam District. It was registered under The Societies Registration Act of 2001, and its headquarters are now located at Mudigonda, a small village in the Khammam Distric of Telangana State, Southern India. CGM is now working in various villages conducting Medical Camps, Providing education to the tribal people and also participating is disaster relief programs.
The major focus areas for CGM are:
- Establish Orphan Homes
- Conducting Medical Camps
- Awareness Programs for HIV/AIDS, Cancer, Leprosy and other disease
- Helping in the Development of Tribal population
- Education and awareness generation
- Disaster relief programs
CGM transfers knowledge to village communities through education and empowerment. We strongly believe that collective participatory action is required for balanced and sustainable community development.
Living in remote villages presents us with many problems and with challenging working conditions. These hurdles are overcome by working in partnership with communities to develop practical solutions to the challenges faced by rural people. CGM, by generating the desire in the underprivileged to improve their own living conditions, help people to live a life of dignity and self-respect.
